In today’s episode, I’m interviewing Dr. Uchenna Ossai, a pelvic health therapist, sexuality educator, and counselor that believes we should be unapologetically real, happily crunk, and deliciously kind. Today, she shares a wealth of knowledge and tools to dismantle any perception we may have about pelvic floor issues, sex, and its functionality.
