In this episode, I’m interviewing Naomi Hutchings, a clinical sexologist and relationship counselor currently working in Brisbane, Australia. Today, Naomi shares her journey and strong desire to improve what she had determined to be inadequate sexual health education and relationship curriculum in Australia while encouraging parents to start having no-shame conversations at home. Naomi Hutchings

Her sexology work has taken her to schools, prisons, youth agencies, TAFE, Universities, health centers, and the counseling/therapy space where she works one on one with clients. She has extensive experience working with young people, particularly those who are LGBTIQ+ as well as many years of experience working with and supporting other clinicians, professionals, students, parents, and caregivers with ways to positively approach topics such as growth and development, puberty, relationships, sexuality, and gender.
